Single Crystalline Diamond

Single-crystal diamonds are composed of a single, continuous crystal lattice structure. Single crystalline diamonds exhibit remarkable hardness and are transparent to a broad window of the electromagnetic spectrum ranging from ultraviolet to radio waves.

They also exhibit exceptional thermal conductivity, allowing them to effectively dissipate heat. These characteristics make single-crystal diamonds highly valuable for various applications, including cutting tools, high-power electronics, photonics, and advanced research.

We specialize in developing single-crystalline diamonds with exceptional optical profiles and targeted properties through controlled defects during growth.

Polycrystalline Diamond

Unlike single-crystal diamonds with a uniform and continuous crystal lattice structure, polycrystalline diamonds comprise multiple tiny diamond crystals (grains) with random orientations. These multiple tiny crystals are connected together without using any binder, unlike sintered PCD. At Gleam Innovations, we grow high-quality binder-free CVD polycrystalline diamonds using MPCVD with excellent control over properties like high wear resistance, hardness, tunable thermal conductivity, optical, and corrosion resistance, etc.

Having excellent control over the process, we attain specific properties, such as high precision in thickness, purity, composition and morphologies, to achieve a broad range of desired scientific and technological applications.

Having expertise in creating new diamond process protocols, we have successfully grown 52 mm polycrystalline diamond discs, highly uniform pure PCD wafers of various tailored microstructures and targeted properties
